Has anything been confirmed in regards to Lean, Peak and Prone in the SP and MP? It would be really nice if these options were in and/or improved from the 2nd Crysis. Thanks

Prone isn't in. If lean and peak are in it, they'll be context-sensitive like Crysis 2.

Yeah, this game sucks.

They better put lean and prone in....I won't be buying the game unless they do. I've been advocating since the C2 Beta came out and it's completely obsurd if they don't. I hate not having the options, it just makes the gameplay dumb for me and forces you to overuse cloaking and armor. Also, it reduces immersiveness and the feeling that you're actually being sneaky.

C2's peak system was garbage period.

C2 was garbage pretty much in its entirety.

Crysis 3 will be somewhat better... But it is still Crysis 2 at heart.

I understand that lean and peak aren't in the game due to limited controller buttons. But the PC version should have it. Also going prone should be available on all platforms, shouldn't be a problem on consoles as it was also present in the Crysis console port by simply holding down a button.

True. Also, next gen controllers need more buttons. They used to only have two, then four, then eight and now like 15 I think...I never hear console players complain, ever. Give them 25 buttons and I bet they would just accept it and eventually be stoked at all the options they would be able to take advantage of in a game that utilized them.

Ha, imagine if the next XBOX came out with controllers that only had 6 buttons...they'd be so freakin pissed. :) ...hehehe, I amuse myself.

Seriously though...lean and prone...manditory.

Lean and prone (plus all existing Crysis 2 controls) are perfectly possible in a current X360/ps3 gamepad. Even easier for Crysis, which would require less buttons (one button for Suit Mode Wheel or zero buttons for NanoSuit Shortcuts).

Streamlining my ass. NanoSuit shortcuts in Crysis were beautiful.

I'd rather they just have consoles with Keyboards and Mice, I might even try out a console if that were the case :D

Adding prone = Image

Although lean is something I'd really like in the game.
