Keep everything already in, add/modify this:

MP&SP:

-Health meter (accurate prediction of how much juice you got left)
-Faster sprint speed (MAXIMUM SPEED)
-Enable sprinting in ALL horizontal plane (forwards/backwards/lateral/all diagonals) when not in Armor or Cloak
-Enable sprinting at no additional energy expense while in Armor mode, albeit a much, much slower sprint. Similar to Crysis 1 for Consoles.
-The Armor-mode slow sprint will be used by default in "standard mode" when no Suit Energy is left, further removing the "paralytic tank" feel of Crysis 2 while keeping things balanced. This is how things worked in Crysis 1 for Consoles.
-Faster default movement speed when not in Armor or Cloak
-Fix laser to how it was in Crysis 1 (it's nearly unusable for hipfiring now, it's only used for the SCAR spread exploit)
-Enable sprinting while reloading (This was also in C1 and C1 for Consoles, and even in Crysis 2 Multiplayer but not Singleplayer! Why?!!)
-Fix the UI bug that causes you to sometimes not switch weapons until you tap the button a second time.

Multiplayer:
-Higher health pool (significantly higher)
-Enable sprinting while receiving damage (being caught off-guard must be disadvantageous, but not Insta-death. You should be able to FIGHT BACK ON EQUAL GROUNDS (other than damage already received while you were off-guard)

Voilà, AWESOME GAME.

You won't do this at your own expense, Crytek. If I had seen any of the avobe in a trailer you'd already have my preorder, and definitely half a million more.

You speak on behalf of 500,000 people?
Can you ask them to donate $10 each to me? I'll mod the original Crysis slightly (which would tick all your boxes), purchase a lifetime supply of Terry's chocolate oranges and retire to a tropical island.

I can see no downside to this plan.

Can you mod Crysis 1 to bring all the players back to the game? Because I really want to play it more, but no one plays, so I'm stuck playing Crysis 2 instead.....

Yeah, you get what I mean...

Never said I spoke on behalf of half a million people: I just said I was (and am) pretty darn sure that at least 500.000 CRYSIS fans from all over the world would appreciate these modifications greatly and welcome them with a huge smile if they were included in Crysis 3.

Also, if you modded Crysis 3 to do that I'd definitely pay you the full game price instead of Crytek...

health meter: Wouldn't mind but I could care less that we WON'T have it
faster sprint speed: Given crytek is trying to bring back sandbox/open world, we are likely to see it. Crysis 2 didn't have it because the levels/maps were much smaller.
Sprinting in all directions: That's just what I need. Faster strafers. (obviously personally, but I can see why original crysis players would like it)
Armor mode sprinting: meh
Normal human sprinting when out of energy: PLEASE. This is a must.

That's true. I don't actually mind so much. Just put it there because Crysis had it and it adds to the "feeling".

God I hope you're right.

FASTER strafers? You mean there is ANY way to actually strafe effectively in this game? Because if there is, please, share it with me.

Also, have in mind you can't shoot while sprinting, if you sprint while in Armor you're slow as hell and fast sprinting drains your precious suit energy.

I put this in for balance, actually. I don't imagine you would like human tanks to also strafe at godlike speeds!

God the lack of this was so f*cking annoying.

I really don't mind either way. But again its likely we should sprint faster (even if we don't immediately notice it) considering the maps are bigger this time. If they don't change the game will feel too slow paced.

True you can't shoot while sprinting but it's still annoying (to me at least). And not sure if you'd call it effective but I've encountered crysis 2 strafers before.

lol good point.

The worst part of it was hoping you don't get killed while waiting for your energy to recharge.

Also: Not being able to sprint at maximum speed while in stealth

And: Improve the hip fire on weapons so you don't make us ADS at point blank. The speed strafing hip fire gameplay of Crysis 1 was what made it unique

Its uniqueness stemmed from it's absolutely MASTERFUL blend of "Arena Shooter" mechanics and "Military shooter" mechanics.

I mean, there's no ADS, prone or lean in Unreal Tournaments and there's no speed strafing bullet-dodging pinpoint-hip-firing deliciousness in the (ughhh) Battlefields, MoHs and CoDs.

No maximum speed in stealth: Maximum Agree.

This was one of Crytek's arguments why the N2 is so much better than the N1 :D
Performing several actions simultaneously :D
Weak argument imo
