Post subject: Mycrysis.com Limited Edition Content redemtion fails. Halp  Posted: 06 18, 2011 /03:56 |

Hi, I've had some serious issues with trying to unlock my limited edition content. I've tried to follow every step from the Mycrysis guide thingy and a bunch of other things.
The problem: I open crysis 2. go to multiplayer, go to redeem code. I geth this message "You need to log in to view this page and redeem your Crysis 2 Limited Edition code.
Please use the “Sign In” button on the top right corner to log in."
When i press the sign in button, i get the following message: You must sign in at the top of the page in order to use the forums.
At which point i don't get any further.
I've succeded once (when trying different web viewers without safe mode) to log in but when i finally did, i got to my profile page at mycryisis.com and there was no text box to write in the content code and certainly no redeem code box.
I'd love some help to fix my issue. Thanks in advance

Same thing here, it keeps logging me out when I try to go to the Limited Edition page...

For me, this problem was solved handily by clearing cookies.

Sometimes that link has trouble, but it seems to be operational now.... - Exit Crysis 2
- Login to mycrysis.com with the account you intend to use for multiplayer. The code will work with exactly one account and cannot be replaced.
- Use this link to enter your code: http://secure.mycrysis.com/redeemcode
- (If you still have trouble, clear all mycrysis.com cookies or try a differerent browser)
- Log out of mycrysis.com and run the game. If the unlock was successful you will see a big red "BONUS CONTENT" banner on entry to multiplayer

I think this forum is mainly designed(scripted) for Internet Explorer or Opera, I have lots difficulties to access my account when I am using firefox at pc or mobile, clearing cookies everyday helps me..
