I tried to log in at the Crysis 2 game prompt by using my MyCrysis name and password and I get the following warning:

"incorrect login details, please retry. For account maintenance, or to change password, please access your profile through MyCrysis"

I tried several more times and I always get the same response. I tried deleting all my cookies as suggested in the forums, but it did not help.

I tried to send a direct question via your help and support message page, but it would not send.

Please advise what I can do to properly log in. I would suggest a 'sticky' thread on this subject since there seems to be so many with similar problems. If there is a solution in the current forums, no one will ever be able to find it.

I am running windows 7- 64 bit version with SP1

have you tried to log in with your registered email address and not your username?

Yea, I'm getting the same problem it's very frustrating. Many others are having this issue it's not just you.

My email address is too long and it will not allow me to put all of it in.

Next suggestion?

Try using your gamespy/crysis 1 login. It worked for me but now i can't join a server because of "serial key is already in use" errors.

Same problem here, i tried my gamespy login/nickname which is different to my MyCrysis nickname but still won't work

I was sent from the game to MyCrysis.com to update a forgotten password. Updated my info and logged in and out to verify it and then get the BS error about "incorrect login details, please retry" when I try to log in the game.

I don't get it.

Can't login also. Created a new account used original crysis account. VERY frustrated!
