Thanks for this, I have Both C1 and Warhead on Steam and was worried that after moving onto new PC I won't be able to play the games, because I already used few activations.

Yea, I just met a cheater with speedhack and wallhack, sending evidence to Crytek now.

Also Crysis 2 have dedicated servers, so you would be wasting server space, Max Payne 3 has p2p and lobbies, so they can do it like that.
