Introduction
We are pleased to announce that the Crysis Wars patch 2 is now available for download. The development team took the feedback from the community and created a priority list what definitely needs to go into that patch. Lots of bug fixes have been done as well as gameplay improvements and more balancing to weapons and vehicles. So please take the time to update your game to the latest version.
Do I need to have patch 1 installed before?
No, that is not needed. If you have installed Crysis Wars recently you just download patch 2 since it includes all changes from the former patch as well.
If you have Crysis Wars already updated to patch 1, then the patch 2 installation will work without any problems as well.
Patch Notes Fixes:
Fixed: Several client and server crashes
Fixed: Several memory leaks
Fixed: '\' in level names in levelrotation.xml will now work
Fixed: Incorrect weapon recoil after zooming
Fixed: Claymore mines sometimes did not detect enemy players
Fixed: Potential exploits using client cvars
Fixed: Players not able to skip intro movies
Fixed: Reloading and shooting with the AY-69 will not cause a second reload animation anymore

Slow download
Yikes. Trying to gett he patch so I close all other transfers cuz I had intened to play online. download speed : 7.99Kb/s. What the eff? Anyone else getting slow speeds like this? I can pull up to 600Kb/s down pretty easy.. I dunno. Either way I cant wait to actually play..

* Reduced damage from 1000 to 150
* Reduced explosion kill radius from 3 to 1
* Raised explosion damage radius from 7 to 10
* C4 vehicle damage multiplier adjustment: 1x C4 to destroy smaller vehicles (APC, LTV, ASV…) / 2x C4 to destroy tanks / 3x C4 to destroy endgame weaponry

How do I install it?
I downloaded the 104meg file (patch 2) but see no way to install it. If I double click it windows wants to know what app to open it with.
I saw where is says open the Wars browser but what is that? When I slick on the auto run icon on the cd and the little menu comes up (instal, play, web ect) there is no update available.
When I click on a network game it says a patch is available so I got it but now what?
